Wayne has owned and operated retail meat shops and an abattoir in Alberta, Canada. He also has a great deal of experience in managing both store retail departments and wholesale.

Hi Road Farms will consult as to where freezers, coolers, rails, shipping, processing rooms, saus kitchens, and the like should be to reduce labor cost and cross contamination. Hi Road Farms also consults, with engineers, in new plant constuction as well existing plants wanting to up-grade.
